Biotium CF594 Tyramide
CF dye tyramide conjugates can be used for tyramide signal amplification (TSA), which is an enzyme-mediated detection method that uses horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to generate high-density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid in situ. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Biotium Hydroxystilbamidine
Hydroxystilbamidine (also called Fluoro-Gold) has been used extensively as a retrograde tracer for neurons and also a histochemical stain. Fluoro-Gold can undergo retrograde axonal transport, it shows extensive filling of dendrites, and has a high resistance to fading. CD8 rabbit antibody is a T-cell subset found in cortical thymocytes, T-cells and natural killer (NK) cells. CD8 rabbit antibody stains cortical thymocytes (70-80%), T-cells (25-35% of mature peripheral T-cells) and NK cells (30%). Studies have shown that CD8 is expressed more frequently in non-common type anaplastic lymphoma kinase positive anaplastic large cell lymphomas compared to the common form. The CD4:CD8 ratio may be helpful in distinguishing mycosis fungoides from its inflammatory mimics or as an aid in determining clinical outcome in cervical carcinoma. CD8 may be used in panels with CD3, CD4, CD57 and TIA-1.
